• We provide an initial phone consultation to assess the customer's needs and removal date.
  • We will provide an initial price estimate over the phone.
  • For large moves (such as government departments), we will visit the location to evaluate the customer's needs, estimate the price of the relocation, and offer professional advice on how best to proceed. This service is absolutely free of charge.
  • After the on site assessment, the removal contract can be signed at the discretion of the customer specifying the removal price and time the move will take place.
  • Cardboard packing cartons will be provided free of charge and delivered prior to the removal date, early enough so the customer can organize thea packing of all goods to be moved.
  • The type of vehicles, deemed most appropriate, will be dispatched on the removal date to the designated location to ensure an efficient move.
  • Furnishings and goods will be placed, or properly positioned, at the new home, or new location as instructed by the customer.
  • Upon completion of the removal, we would greatly appreciate the customer's feedback by filling out a short "service questionnaire". How did we do? Any written testimonial would also be most welcomed.
