- It is the customer's responsibility to specify instructions for the transportation of valuables such as; antiques, paintings, artwork, etc.
- Prior to the move, the customer must advise us in advance packing instructions and location of special items such as; important documents and papers, stamps, books, gold, jewelry, cash, and other.
- To avoid unnecessary problem, we suggest the customer remove all loose items and objects from refrigerators, wardrobes, filing cabinets, desks, etc. Remove all fragile and pack separately to avoid damage or breakage during handling.
- Fragile items and electrical appliances should be packed with added protection to avoid the possibility of damage during handling. These goods should be clearly marked.
- Cartons should not be overloaded. Heavily weighted cartons may break open resulting in goods being damaged.
- Drawers and doors on wardrobes should be locked so they do not open during the move. Care must be taken to maximize the protection of your possessions.
- Once the refrigerator has been positioned, plug in to resume power and protect the compressor.
